The service

I provide one-to-one online psychological therapy, specialising in childhood sexual abuse, delivered via secure video call. Sessions are 50 minutes and usually take place weekly. I am a Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK, and I work within its standards of conduct, performance, and ethics.

This is not a crisis service

Online therapy is not suitable for emergencies. If you are in crisis or at immediate risk of harm, please contact your local emergency services, go to your nearest emergency department, or, in the UK, call Samaritans free on 116 123 at any time.

Booking and payment

Sessions are booked online via Calendly and paid for in advance. Fees are published on the main page in GBP, EUR, and USD; the fee applicable is the one shown at the time of booking.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full. I will give you as much notice as possible if I ever need to rearrange a session, and no charge will apply.

Confidentiality

Therapy is confidential, within the limits required by law and professional ethics: where there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or where I am legally required to disclose information. These limits are discussed at the start of our work together. Please also see the Privacy Policy.

Online sessions

You are responsible for joining sessions from a private, safe space with a stable internet connection. If a session is interrupted by technical problems, we will attempt to reconnect or complete the time by another means, or reschedule the remaining time where that is not possible.

International clients

I work online with clients worldwide. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. It is your responsibility to ensure that receiving online therapy is permitted where you live.
